I KNOW YOUR ORIGINAL PLAN WAS TO DIVIDE AND CONQUER
BASED IN SPECIALIZATION AND COMPETITION FOR EXPANSION
BUT THE  FINAL PURPOSE OF YOUR PLAN IS FOR US TO COME BACK TO YOU ALL TOGETHER
THROUGH PEACE AND UNITY IN A GENERAL CONTEXT IN CONTRACTION ALWAYS LOOKING FOR THE TRUTH IN COMPLETE HARMONY

THIS IS A PERSONAL THOUGHT ABOUT HOPE FOR SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL BEFORE THE MOVE ON FEBRUARY 9, 2014


OUR OWN SALVATION IN NOT INDIVIDUAL BUT COLLECTIVE. IT DEPENDS ON THE SALVATION OF EVERYONE. SO LET THE STRONG HELP THE WEAK AND THE FAST HELP THE SLOW.

LET'S GET RID OF THE BOTTLENECKS THAT PREVENT HUMANITY FROM ADVANCING. AND LET'S ALL ROW TOGETHER AT THE SAME PACE TOWARDS OUR SALVATION

I was involved in a multicultural and multidisciplinary project  in South America with people from many parts of the world. I was in the lower management level where I had to deal between local people as the front lines and the middle management level. It was at this time where I realized that the process I was doing was directly or indirectly affected by the performance of other processes by other departments; and in the same manner our department had an effect on the performance of other departments. Therefore we developed a database that integrated horizontally the functional departments and vertically the processes for the planning, execution and control of the Project.
